As a Customer Success Manager at A-SAFE, you’ll nurture Regional, Major and Key customer relationships, ensuring customers’ onboarding experience is efficient and providing post-sale support ensuring success with products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success/service or sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industrial safety sector.
In This Role, You Will
Gather product feedback and hear the Voice of the Customer.
Identify customer opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Send quotes to customers, and proactively following up in a timely manner
Organise follow-up commercial meetings as required coordinating diaries accordingly
Ensure all internal systems (CRM & ERP) and databases are updated timely and accurately
Conduct customer NPS surveys
