Customer Relation Specialist – Secteur Public Wallonie & Bruxelles – possibilité de CDI

Strong client relationships make all the difference, especially in the public sector. As a Public Sector CRE Specialist, you are the primary contact for managing our French-speaking public sector clients in Wallonia and Brussels. You work closely with the Key Account Manager and ensure that public contracts are not only won but also successfully executed throughout their duration. You operate in an environment where tenders, complex contracts, and various stakeholders are central. With your proactive approach, you ensure compliance with contractual commitments, rigorously monitor quotes and files, and develop lasting relationships with clients such as police districts, fire departments, hospitals, and infrastructure companies.
