Health policy at work The labour market is facing major challenges, with the health of employees being a determining factor. From the ageing population and absenteeism due to illness to the feasibility of jobs, employer branding and the war for talent. To keep your employees fit and enthusiastic at work for longer, it is best to make health promotion (Fit4Work) a spearhead in your wellbeing policy with our Fit4Work programme. Employee Assistance Program
Double relief Thanks to the Employee Assistance Program of IDEWE, you support your employees in their mental, emotional and physical well-being. And that both proactively, preventively and curatively. The program offers guidance for various work- and private-related themes. Such as stress, resilience, mild depression or relationship problems. Sustainability scan
Based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN, Group IDEWE has developed a sustainability scan that helps companies to make corporate social responsibility concrete. The sustainability scan that we have developed provides a snapshot of the efforts that the organization is already making. We make a report of this, with a score of 1 to 5 per topic; where 5 indicates that the organization is an example for others, while 1 shows that there is still work to be done. The scores are intended to start a dialogue and to formulate suggestions tailored to the companies and to start an action program. In many cases, such as with regard to well-being and health or the environment, IDEWE will also be able to propose concrete solutions itself, while for other objectives we can refer to other organizations.

Aggression at work
