With LIVE, The Hazard Factory organises a Safety Day at your own site. In a single day, up to 900 employees experience the hazards of their own workplace, without anything being able to go wrong. No venue to book, no equipment to manage: we bring everything, set it up and run the entire day.

Why experience instead of listen?
The safer a workplace becomes, the less visible its risks. People who have worked for years without an incident stop seeing the danger. In our mobile studio, an employee steps into a familiar work environment through virtual reality, spots hazards, makes decisions and immediately sees the consequences. That sticks, far longer than a toolbox talk or a presentation.

How does a session work?
Groups of up to 10 participants go through a 90-minute workshop:

Safety introduction by a certified trainer (prevention advisor)
Short briefing on the headset and the set-up
30 minutes in the studio: spotting hazards together in a free-roam environment, with participants calling each other out on unsafe behaviour
Debriefing: what did you see, what did you miss, and what does that mean on our shop floor?

Language selectable per participant in more than 20 languages, ideal for non-native colleagues and temporary workers
