Embedding safety in your organisation requires more than just training. We start by mapping out the current perception of safety, from management to the floor. With this as a basis, we then assist in creating a clear safety compass and linked strategy: what are our goals and how do we want to achieve them? However, a plan remains just something on paper without proper implementation. We anchor the safety objectives in technical, organisational and, above all, concrete behaviour. We do this through training, coaching-on-the job and walking along on the floor, where the action takes place.
