Your role will be as follows:
You are responsible for the turnover growth of both our existing Retail customers and the development of End-user customers. You achieve this by:
targeted active prospecting with end users. The focus is initially on SMEs that are active in construction and various industrial sectors (in a later phase this will be expanded to larger companies)
visiting and expanding existing Retail customers where your focus is on increasing customer satisfaction, expanding our product range of workwear and safety shoes and keeping shop-in-shop concepts up-to-date and selling them
a targeted focus where the ratio is 60% customer follow-up and 40% prospecting
strengthening customer relationships and promoting actions and campaigns, supported by our marketing
providing customers with all possible technical and commercial information
testing the product collection against the market relevance of our offer with your customers
you play a key role in expanding our customer base and you actively contribute to the growth & positioning of HEROCK® Workwear – Safety footwear as a fast-growing company in the Belgian market
you are present at open days and customer events. You are someone social and work on your network
you work in the field but you also have a very nicely decorated showroom at our HQ in Waasland at your disposal to invite customers
