Function
As a Level 1 Prevention Advisor, you enjoy supporting our clients from various sectors (industry, construction, retail, administration, etc.) in implementing the legislation on occupational safety.
•
You support and advise our clients in everything related to safety in the workplace.
•
You carry out company visits, both at small and large companies.
•
You analyse work stations and draw up risk analyses, ranging from risk analyses of a function to a specific risk analysis on fire or electricity. Based on this, you propose preventive measures.
•
You investigate (serious) occupational accidents to help our clients avoid them in the future.
•
You provide training and webinars in your area of expertise to our clients.
•
You write procedures, work instructions and safety instructions for our clients.
•
At the request of the client, you also participate in CPBWs. •
You will join a multidisciplinary team where you will work together with your colleagues, prevention advisors level 1, level 2, ergonomics, occupational hygiene, psychosocial aspects and occupational medicine.

Colleagues are ready to help you where necessary and there are regular consultation moments.
Profile
•
You have a master’s degree in civil or industrial engineering.
•
You have the prevention advisor diploma level 1. Extensive experience in a prevention service and/or the prevention advisor diploma level 2 are a good start, provided that you are willing to obtain the prevention advisor diploma level 1.
•
Technical knowledge and/or experience in investigating occupational accidents is a plus, but not a must. You are willing to learn this on the job and to improve your knowledge.
•
You make decisions without much effort.
•
You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written, and you take the customer along in your story.
•
You are willing to travel. •
You plan your own agenda and work mainly autonomously.
