As a HearingCoach, you build a relationship with your customers. Our customers often find us through their search for custom hearing protection. But you look beyond the quick fix, you look for the core of the problem. You are the point of contact for your customer, the employee on the work floor and you relieve the company when it comes to healthy hearing. You are specialized in organizing, implementing and evaluating hearing care programs. This includes performing daily dose measurements of noise, performing preventive hearing scans and coaching and guiding employees exposed to noise. Every day is different. You combine sales with real service. You see new opportunities in the market and with existing customers to prevent problems related to hearing loss. You believe in commerce as a result of good advice. An essential part of the job will consist of making prints and delivering our custom-made hearing protectors.
