Safety gate
The use of safety systems is essential when operating on working platforms. The objective of a safety gate is to guarantee safeguard and perimeter protection for the handling of goods between low and high levels. Our safety gates protect the operator while lifting loads from one level to another. Large range of different safety gates for all kinds of situations (custom-made).
Folding stairways for tankers or containers
Working near or in a manhole inherits potential dangers which may result in serious accidents. The common ones include falls and slips as often the manhole is only poorly protected. The folding stairways guarantee the safety of the operators accessing the top of the tank. They are height-adjustable. They exist in two different versions: with a flat deck or with steps. The corbelling protects the working area on the tank.
Mobile safety ladder for tankers and containers
A fall risk occurs when workers are required to get on top of tankers or containers. Two important things must be assured: operator safety and sufficient vehicle access. Operating principle The safety mobile ladder allows the operator a quick access on the top of the tankers whilst being completely safe. It is easy to move thanks to its patented draft bar system. The safety cage guarantees safety for the user working on the top of the tank. The system also acts as a safeguard as it prohibits the access to the top of the tank when the base of the structure is not blocked. The safety mobile ladder is certified TÜV SÜD and NORISKO-DEKRA.
Complete top dome protection
The complete top dome protection offers integral protection to the operator working on top of the tanker. A platform delivers a unique pushbutton operated corbelling. This corbelling is adjustable in all directions, catering the equipment to suit unique application parameters, and allows the protection of the entire top dome surface. The equipment offers an oversized walkway that ensures enhanced operator comfort for the loading process. Once the tanker in place, the corbelling can be positioned according to the dimensions of the surface. The vehicle is blocked by two gates. Only then the worker can access on the surface of the vehicle. The corbelling can only be lifted once the interventions on the surface finished.
Vehicle access protection
The complete system «vehicle access protection» consists of safety stairs, a fixed platform and a folding bridge. The vehicle access proctection enables the operator to work within the corbelling placed on top of the tanker or container whilst being completely safe. The platform is equipped on its whole with a guardrail that secures the operator. The stairs are secured with an upper and a middle handrail, as well as a plinth.
Safety ladder with lateral access
Depending on the situation and available space, frontal access to the vehicle is not always possible. This is why TRIAX has developed its new safety mobile ladder with lateral access. Thanks to an ingenious winch system, the ladder can tilt back to back off from the tank without the operator having to move it. In this way, the operator can move the ladder parallel to the vehicle in a restricted area. Access to the corbelling is possible via an aluminum ladder with bars. This ladder is adjustable in height by using a winch. The height of the mobile ladder with lateral access is adjustable from 2650 mm to 4400 mm. Access is facilitated by two ramps. This new safety mobile ladder with lateral access combines an easy access even in difficult environments, and total security of the operator during his interventions: a practical and innovative concept.
Flap door for shafts
The loads are shifted by means of a tackle in order to be lifted through the shaft and deposited on the next level. The risk of the loads falling down during the handling process is very high. When closed, the flap door is a reception floor on which the operator safely can deposit, unhook and remove the load without great effort. When opened, the flap door allows the tackle and the load to move up or down.
MAGAPAL® - the autonomous pallet magazine
Manual pallet stacking and dispatching is physically strenuous work and has a high rate of accident risk (back pain, wooden splinters, downfall from the pallet pile). The pallet magazine MAGAPAL® prevents operators from falling off the pallet pile when moving one of them. Easy and quick use, safe and trouble-free pallet handling. Increasing of the productivity and the duration of the pallets. Capacity alternatively from 15, 20, 25 to 30 pallets according to the required version. Stacking and/or destacking of pallets; a working cycle is fulfilled in 10 seconds, manual or automatic functioning. According to the requested version, 1 up to 5 pallets can be destacked at a time. Sensors and light barriers reinforce the safety of the MAGAPAL® during the working cycles.
MOBIPAL® – the mobile pallet magazine
The MOBIPAL® distributes pallets in pre-defined distances in the order picking zone. The magazine is motorised. The MOBIPAL® allows a quick and easy storing and destacking of the pallets. Capacity: 15 pallets. The MOBIPAL® is very useful for the stacking and storing of pallets that are scattered in different places of the warehouse. It can also be used as an autonomous pallet stacker if none such is available.
Pallet sorter
The pallet sorter piles, aligns pallets and facilitates picking up operations. It enhances productivity and profitability by eliminating the defective pallets.
Fully folding stairs
Access to a container or isotainer from a fixed position always involves a risk of falling for the operator. It must be adequately secured, but this is not always easy to achieve, as the work areas often have important space constraints. The situation becomes even more complicated when oversized vehicles or special machines pass through the area, as they can damage the installed protection if it protrudes even slightly beyond the attachment point. The fully folding stairs is the "latest" int the TRIAX folding stairs range. It is made of anti-corrosion treated steel with a 19-ball waterproof aluminium grating floor. Fully collapsible, it is space-saving in resting mode. It is a practical and innovative solution for the securing of workstations that do not allow the installation of a "conventional" folding platform. TRIAX folding platforms are designed according to the customer's needs and specifications, as each case requires "tailor-made" adaptation to provide the optimal solution for the customer. Rubber stops are fitted to the dome so that the folding stairs' guardrail follows the shape of the container and provides optimum safety for the operator.
Flap door for hoppers
The loads are shifted by means of a hoist in order to be lifted through the shaft. When closed, the flap door is a reception floor on which the operator safely can deposit, unhook and remove the loads without great effort. When opened, the flap door allows the hoist and the loads to move up or down. The movement of the flap door on the floor is protected by grid panels on three sides of the shaft.
